Raw Magic with Kate Magic

During this, her first Raw Magic event in France, Kate will cover the full spectrum of the Raw Magic lifestyle; you will finish her 25-hour course armed with a practical knowledge of how to make magic in the kitchen, along with a transformed awareness of how to empower yourself and implement the magic in your world.
Everyone who completes the course satisfactorily will receive a certificate, an endorsement from Kate and Raw Living which you may use should you wish to start teaching classes or offering catering services yourself. You also receive the exclusive course manual, worth £10, and your own beautiful Raw Magic apron, worth £15.
All participants get 10% off their Raw Living shopping from the time that they book, and for a month after the course. You will get a discount code you can use once you’ve booked. This discount code does not cover equipment or previously discounted items. Raw Living does not usually offer a discount on equipment, but for attendees on an Advanced Course, we are able to offer 10% off an Omni-blender, and 10% off an Excalibur dehydrator. Itinerary
The course runs from Sunday 28th April to Thursday 2nd May, 12 - 5pm each day. You are welcome to book accommodation and leave and arrive whenever suits you between Saturday 27th and Saturday 4th. We recommend arriving on Saturday 27th if at all possible, so you have time to settle in before the course starts.
There will be yoga every morning from 9-10am, facilitated by Sophie. There is a small extra charge for these classes which you can pay when you arrive – €7 a class or all 5 classes for €30. There will also be evening sessions in meditation and yoga; these are by donation.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included during your stay and will be provided by the team at Gardoussel. Breakfast and lunch will be raw; dinner will include some cooked vegetarian options.

Course:
The early bird price is £275 (€340). On 1 March, the price will increase to £295 (€365). The price for two people booking together will remain £275 (€340) each.
There is the option to pay in instalments: a £100 (€125) non-refundable deposit, with payment in full by 14 April. This option carries a £10 (€13) admin fee.

Facilitator
Kate has two decades of experience of raw eating, and is raising her three sons on the raw diet. She is the author of four raw lifestyle books, and tours internationally giving talks and workshops on raw foods.
Kate is the author of ‘Eat Smart, Eat Raw’, the UK’s best selling raw food recipe book; and ‘Raw Living’, a recipe book and guide to the raw lifestyle, both published by Grub Street. Her third book, ‘Raw Magic’, is a ground-breaking book of superfood recipes, and her fourth book, ‘Ecstatic Beings’ (Rawcreation 2009) was a collaboration with another popular raw food promoter, Shazzie. All the books are well loved and continue to sell well as interest in the raw lifestyle grows.
Kate is Creative Director of the Raw Living website which offers advice and information on the raw diet, as well as the biggest range of raw foods and superfoods products in Europe. She has created over 20 unique products for the Raw Living brand, including chocolate bars, trail mixes, cakes, teas and skin creams.
